💡 How to Use:

Cold Therapy

  • Put the cap in supplied zipper bag
  • Store in freezer for 1–2 hours for maximum performance
  • Then wear for up to 20 minutes.

Heat Therapy

  • Take out the cap from the zipper bag and place it in the center of the Microwave over.
  • Heat for 30 seconds with middle power, if more heat is required, reheat for 10 seconds intervals.
  • Wear as needed and try the temperature for comfort.

❗ Important: Do not heat for more than 60 seconds. The ice hat should be warm and not hot.
